Wild Alaska Pollock Kimchi Fish n' Chips

Directions

  1. Stir together the mayonnaise, gochugaru, and gochujang.
  2. Coat kimchi pieces in batter and fry until golden.
  3. Serve 2 pieces PubHouse Battered Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets, fries, lemon wedges, 1/4 cup sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds and gochugaru.

  • 16 oz. kimchi

  • 3 lbs. French Fries
