Sausage, Bacon, and Cheddar Pie


  1. Heat pizza oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Place crust on pizza peel dusted with semolina, drizzle crust with olive oil and chopped garlic. Hand crush whole peeled tomatoes and place on pizza crust. Sprinkle with fresh oregano and a little salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Top with mozzarella and add sausage and bacon, spreading evenly on top. Finish with shredded cheddar.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. 
  5. Slice and serve with crushed red pepper on the side.

  • 4 oz Roma® Italian Sausage Hot Bulk, par-cooked
  • 1 1/2 oz Roma® Bacon Topping
  • 3 oz West Creek® Cheese, Cheddar, Sharp , shredded
  • Roma® Red Pepper, Crushed , to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
