Sausage Vegetable Soup

Directions

  1. 1. In medium saucepan combine vegetables, broth, water, pasta and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 8 minutes.
  2. Stir in undrained tomatoes and sausage. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with salad wafers.

  • 14 oz beef broth, low sodium
  • 16 Heritage Ovens® Wafers, Salad
  • 3/4 cup pasta, small shell
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, freshly ground
  • 14.5 oz tomato(es), canned , (diced)
  • 4 oz turkey, sausage(s), reduced-fat, (fully cooked, halved lenthwise, cut into 1/4" thi
  • 2 cups vegetables, mixed for soup, frozen
  • 1 cup water
