In a pot bring water, lemon, tablespoon of salt, and Cajun seasoning to a boil. Drop shrimp in and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from boil then cool for service.
Whisk together ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and cayenned for sauce.
Place a portion of shrimp on chilled plate then top with sauce and serve.
