Directions
- Fry 5 Spicy Breaded Boneless Zings in deep fryer at 350°F for 4 minutes and 30 seconds or until a thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165°F.
- Fill pita bread half with 5 Spicy Breaded Boneless Zings; top with 1/2 cup cucumber chickpea slaw.

- 7 1/2 lbs. Pilgrim's® Spicy Breaded Boneless Zings, cooked
- 12 ea. bread, pita, cut in half
- 3 qts. Cucumber Chickpea Slaw, (see recipe below)
Cucumber Chickpea Slaw
Directions
- Process the oil, hummus, vinegar, coriander seeds, honey, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth.
- Combine cucumbers and chickpeas in a large bowl; drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.

- 2/3 cup oil, vegetable
- 1/3 cup Hummus, prepared
- 2 tbsp. vinegar, apple cider
- 1 tbsp. coriander, seeds, toasted
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. mustard, spicy brown
- 2 tsp. garlic, peeled, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 qt. cucumber(s), English, julienned
- 1 1/2 qt. chickpeas, canned, rinsed and drained
