            Spicy Sausage & Sweet Pepper Pizza
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Top the crust with the red pepper sauce, red and green pepper strips, and spicy Italian sausage. 
- Place in a 500 F oven for 4-6 minutes until crispy. 
- Whisk together the juice from the lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss the Arugula, Kalamata Olives, and Basil in the lemon mixture. 
- Top the pizza with the salad. Spread shaved cheese over top.

- 6 oz. Luigi® Roasted Red Pepper Pizza Sauce, (see recipe below)
- 1 ea. Luigi® Spicy Italian Sausage Link, sliced
- 8 ea. Luigi® green and red pepper strips
- 8 ea. Luigi® Olives, Kalamata Style, Pitted , chopped
- 1 tbsp. Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 1/2 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s)
- 1/2 tsp. West Creek® kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Basil Leaves, julienned

                            Directions
                            
    - Place all ingredients in a blender.
