Directions
- Deep fry 3 frozen filets per basket in 350°F cooking oil. Cook for 7 minutes 30 seconds, shaking that basket after 3 minutes 45 seconds.
- Lay down hummus on pitta bread followed by the tossed green mix, red onion, feta cheese and serve.

- 2 tbsp Hummus, garlic
- cheese crumbles, feta, as needed
- onions, red, pickled, as needed
- 1 oz Fresh greens
