Tangy Chicken Pita

Directions

  1. Deep fry 3 frozen filets per basket in 350°F cooking oil. Cook for 7 minutes 30 seconds, shaking that basket after 3 minutes 45 seconds.
  2. Lay down hummus on pitta bread followed by the tossed green mix, red onion, feta cheese and serve.

  • 1 ea bread, pita
  • 2 tbsp Hummus, garlic
  • cheese crumbles, feta, as needed
  • onions, red, pickled, as needed
  • 1 oz Fresh greens
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • oil, olive, extra virgin, as needed
