Thanksgiving Leftover Flatbread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put a lightly oiled 12” cast iron skillet to heat.
  2. In a large bowl mix stuffing and egg. In a medium bowl mix mashed potatoes, ½ cup Bacio cheese, and milk.
  3. Once oven and skillet are preheated, remove skillet from oven onto the counter and press the stuffing down until it evenly covers the skillet and slightly slopes up the side about ¼”. Place back in oven and bake for 5 min, or until it slightly browns on top.
  4. Remove from oven and top with mashed potatoes, spread into an even layer, shredded turkey, remaining Bacio, cranberry sauce, and dollops of the gravy.
  5. Bake for an additional 5-7 min, or until the toppings are heated through. Finish with arugula sprinkled on top.

  • 1 cup Bacio® cheese, part skim part provolone, divided in half
  • 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Ridgecrest Turkey Breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, whole berry, chunky
  • 1/4 cup gravy
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula
