Directions
- To prepare the Pizza and Garnishes: Preheat the oven, ideally with a stone or steel, to 500°F (260°C) or the highest setting. On a floured peel or parchment, stretch dough to a 12-inch round. Top with Mozzarella, leaving a 3/4-inch edge. Top with Carmody, then teaspoon-sized collops of cream cheese. Lightly brush oil on edge, then coat with Dry Jack. Bake until cheese is bubbling and edge is golden and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Garnish with a swirl of crème fraiche. Set pizza aside to rest to rest for 1 to 2 minutes, then cut into 6 to 8 slices.

- 2 oz. Real California® Carmody cheese, finely shredded
- 2 oz. Real California® Cream Cheese, in dollops (cold or slightly softened)

- 1 oz. Real California® Dry Jack cheese, finely shredded
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Real California® crème fraîche
