Truffle Brabant Potatoes


  1. Heat oil to 350® degrees in deep fryer. Cook potatoes for 3-4 minutes until golden and tender. Drain then toss with butter, truffle oil, salt, pepper, and truffle oil.


  • 3 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Potato(es), Russet, 50 count, peeled and medium diced
  • Brilliance® oil, for frying
  • 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, minced
  • 1/4 cup Piancone Epicureo® truffle oil
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
