Ultimo® Butter Chicken Pizza

Directions

  1. Heat four ounces of butter sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and add sliced chicken. Cook for 4-5 minutes until chicken hits an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove cooked chicken from sauce with slotted spoon and hold for pizza build.
  2. Stretch dough ball out about 12 – 14 inches.
  3. Top the dough with three ounces of butter sauce in a swirling motion form the center to the edge.
  4. Now add mozzarella cheese, chicken, red onion, hot pepper relish, bacon, and jalapeno and bake at 500℉ 9-10 minutes until crust is browned and crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and shaved parmesan.

  • 4 oz. Piancone® Crown Jewel whole milk mozzarella cheese, 1/4 in, dice
  • 4 oz. West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), Boneless, sliced
  • 4 oz. Asian Pride® butter sauce
  • 1 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, shaved
  • 1 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Jalapeño, sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Roma® hot pepper relish
  • 2 oz. Roma® Bacon Topping
  • 1 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, leaves, for garnish
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Piancone Shaved Parmesan, for garnish
