Heat four ounces of butter sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and add sliced chicken. Cook for 4-5 minutes until chicken hits an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove cooked chicken from sauce with slotted spoon and hold for pizza build.
Stretch dough ball out about 12 – 14 inches.
Top the dough with three ounces of butter sauce in a swirling motion form the center to the edge.
Now add mozzarella cheese, chicken, red onion, hot pepper relish, bacon, and jalapeno and bake at 500℉ 9-10 minutes until crust is browned and crispy.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and shaved parmesan.
