West Creek® Blue Chips


  1. Heat oil to 350° cook chips until crispy and golden brown. Remove from oil and drain.
  2. Portion chips then top with blue cheese, bacon, and green onion.


  • 2 lbs West Creek Potatoes , raw, sliced for chips
  • Brilliance® oil, for frying
  • 2 cups Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Blue
  • 2 cups Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped for garnish
