West Creek® Street Corn


  1. Rub corn in olive oil then place on grill to char and cook for 5-6 minutes. Turning periodically.
  2. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Remove corn from grill then rub with mayonnaise mixture. Dip to coat in cotija cheese then sprinkle with cilantro.


  • 6 ea West Creek® 5.5-inch corn on the cob , thawed
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Contigo Cotija Cheese , grated
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro
