Bay Winds Pesto Shrimp with Mikes Hot Honey

Directions

  1. Hand toss doughball and place on pizza screen. Cover dough with Alfredo sauce Top with shredded Bacio cheese
  2. Precook shrimp ½ way and let cool
  3. Toss 12 pc of ½ cooked shrimp in bowl with Pesto
  4. Place shrimp on pizza so that all 6 slices with have 2 pieces each. Bake in pizza oven at 450 until dough is done and cheese is melted
  5. Drizzle with remaining pesto and Mikes Hot Honey. Cut pizza into 6 slices and enjoy!!!

  • 3 1/2 oz Bacio® 50/50 Cheese Blend
  • 1 10 oz Ultimo!® dough ball
  • 1 1/2 oz Mikes Hot Honey Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Roma® Basil Pesto
  • 3 1/2 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 12 Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 21-25 Count, peeled, deveined, tail off
