Surety® Bourbon Short Ribs
Directions
- Whisk together brown sugar and beef rub. Rub ribs with wing sauce. Coat ribs with rub then wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Whisk bourbon and BBQ sauce in a sauté pan over medium heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan and reserve.
- Remove ribs from refrigerator and unwrap.
- Set smoker to 225°. Place ribs meat side down on racks. Cook for 6-7 hours to an internal temperature of 200°. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes brush with BBQ sauce, then serve.

- 1/2 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 2 cups Magellan® beef rub
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Wing Sauce
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 cup West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Original
