Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia Parmesan

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and shallot 2–3 min until fragrant. Toss with cooked linguini, parsley, and basil; set aside.
  3. On a baking sheet, place tilapia fillets and spoon equal amounts of marinara over each.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top of each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 min until cheese is melted and fish flakes.
  6. Serve each fillet over linguini, spooning extra garlic-herb oil.

  • 1/2 cup cheese, mozzarella, grated
  • 1/4 cup cheese, Parmesan , grated
  • 4 1/2 cups linguini pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 cup oil, olive
  • 4 garlic, clove(s), minced
  • 1 shallot(s), minced
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. basil, chiffonade
