Roma® Chicken Alfredo Flatbread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread 40 oz. Roma Alfredo Sauce over flatbread shell, leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with mozzarella, chicken, mushrooms and bacon bits. Drizzle with oil.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Slice before serving.

  • 40 oz. Roma® Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 bread, flatbread, 8 1/2 x 4 in.
  • 2 oz. Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 oz. chicken, cooked and sliced
  • 1 oz. mushroom(s), thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. bacon, bits
  • 2 tsp. Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 2 tbsp. Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, finely chopped
