Chili and Chicken Quesadillas
Directions
- In a sauce pot, heat oil. Add chicken and Hot Dog Chili Sauce. Heat and stir until well blended. Keep warm and set aside.
- Assembly for 1 quesadilla: Place tortilla on griddle and grill 30 seconds. Place 1/2 cup prepared Cheese Sauce on tortilla. Top with 4 oz. of chicken and chili mixture and 1/4 cup onions. Cover with second tortilla.
- Cook 1 minute. Turnover and cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm.

- 2 tbsp oil, vegetable
- 2 1/4 lbs. chicken, cooked, sliced
- 2 cups Chef-mate® Hot Dog Chili Sauce with Beef
- 42 oz. tortillas, 10 in.
- 1 qt. cheese sauce, trio
- 3 cups onion, thin sliced, sauteed
