Empire’s Treasure® Salmon Deviled Eggs
Directions
- Whip together in a bowl, egg yolks, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, onion powder, and dill. Transfer to a piping bag with star tip.
- Using piping bag fill eggs with filling. Place salmon on top then garnish with micro greens.
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Empire’s Treasure® sliced cold smoked salmon
- 1 dz Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s), boiled and peeled, cut in half, yolks removed
- 1 dz Nature’s Best Dairy® cooked egg yolks, reserved from boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/8 tsp salt, sea
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Dill, chopped
- 1 tsp Ascend® Juice, Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup microgreens, for garnish
