Flounder and Asparagus Rolls


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine, mustard, bread crumbs, hot sauce and dill. Coat the top side of the filets with this mixture.
  2. Roll 4 asparagus spears and two carrot sticks in each filet. Place filets seam side down on sheet pan.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook fish in oven for about 5-6 minutes until done. Plate and serve.


  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs, Italian
  • 1 tsp. dill, dry
  • 4 Empire's Treasure® Flounder, Fillet(s)
  • 1 tsp. Frank's RedHot® Original Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard, creole
  • 12 Peak Fresh Produce® Asparagus, Spear(s), (blanched)
  • 8 Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot, Stick(s)
  • 1/4 Cup(s) West Creek® Mayonnaise
