Bay Winds® Garlic Butter Shrimp


  1. Melt one tablespoon of butter in sauté pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour in white wine then add garlic, basil, and green onion. Reduce liquid by half.
  3. Whisk in remaining three tablespoons of butter moving pan on and off heat source.
  4. Portion shrimp into four serving bowls and add some toasted ciabatta then serve.


  • 1 lb Bay Winds® 40/50 count shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail off
  • 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Piancone® white cooking wine
  • 2 ea shallot(s), minced
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, minced
  • 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 8 slices ea Delancey Street Deli® ciabatta bread, toasted
