Green Origin® Shroom Burger


  1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in sauté pan over medium high heat adding onion, mushrooms, garlic, some salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour in marsala wine and reduce by half. Reserve for plating.
  3. Season patty with salt and pepper then add oil to griddle and cook burger for 2-3 minutes per side until internal temperature is above 140 degrees f.
  4. Place patty on bun followed by mushroom and onion blend then take a bite.

  • 1/4 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, julienne

  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Sage, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
