Hickory Smoked Brisket


  1. Combine brown sugar and rub seasoning. Coat brisket with this mixture.
  2. Wrap brisket in film wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Set smoker to 225 degrees f with hickory wood.
  4. Cook brisket for 1.5 hours per pound in smoker.
  5. Once cooked allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving and serving with your choice of BBQ sauce on the side.
