New York Strip with Hashbrowns and Quail Egg

Directions

  1. Season steak with truffle salt. Char broil the steak to desired temperature, allowing it to rest before cutting.
  2. Deep fry hash browns to a golden brown. At the same time, fry the egg over easy without flipping.
  3. Arrange hash browns on plate. Slice strip steak and fan over hash browns. Top with quail egg in the middle of the sliced strip steak.

  • 2 oz Cheddar Hash Browns, see below
  • 1 egg(s), quail
  • 1 pinch salt, truffle

Directions

Cook hashbrowns according to package instructions and top with cheddar cheese.
