Directions
- Stir together the mayonnaise, gochugaru, and gochujang.
- Coat kimchi pieces in batter and fry until golden.
- Serve 2 pieces PubHouse Battered Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets, fries, lemon wedges, 1/4 cup sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds and gochugaru.

- 16 oz. kimchi

- 3 lbs. French Fries
