Directions
- Pan-fry thin slices of pre-cooked pork belly until crispy.
- Slice one slider bun in half crosswise and toast.
- Add salsa and Mayonnaise.
- Top button bun with pork belly slices, pickled onions. Place slider buns on top and secure slider with cocktail pick.

- 2 lbs. Ridgecrest® Pork Belly Burnt Ends
- 12 oz. Contigo® queso fresco
- 2 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, chopped
- 4 oz. onions, red, pickled, thinly sliced
- 12 oz. Mango habanero sauce
- 5 oz. mayonnaise
