Pork Belly Sliders

Directions

  1. Pan-fry thin slices of pre-cooked pork belly until crispy.
  2. Slice one slider bun in half crosswise and toast.
  3. Add salsa and Mayonnaise.
  4. Top button bun with pork belly slices, pickled onions. Place slider buns on top and secure slider with cocktail pick.

  • 10 ea. brioche buns, slider
  • 2 lbs. Ridgecrest® Pork Belly Burnt Ends
  • 12 oz. Contigo® queso fresco
  • 2 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, chopped
  • 4 oz. onions, red, pickled, thinly sliced
  • 12 oz. Mango habanero sauce
  • 5 oz. mayonnaise
