Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Mojo Sauce


  1. Season the tenderloin with chili, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Sear and roast in an oven to desired temperature.
  3. In a pot over medium heat add the cranberry sauce, vinegar, garlic and lime juice. Melt together. Stir in jalapeno, chipotle and cilantro. Slice the pork.
  4. Pour sauce over top.

  • 1 tsp Magellan® Chili
  • 1 tsp Magellan® Cumin
  • 14 oz. cranberry sauce, whole berry
  • 1/4 cup Asian Pride® Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Jalapeño Pepper(s), minced
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
  • 1 tsp Contigo Chipotle pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, chopped
