Stretch each ball of pizza dough to a 6-inch diameter. Poke 6-8 holes in each round and deep fry 2-3 minutes or until partially cooked and lightly browned. Remove to toweling.
Cover each Crust with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, 3 cod bites, 2 olives, 1/2-ounce nduja and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Bake until browned and bubbling. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
