- Fold all ingredients together in a bowl Portion onto four plates or bowls then serve.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs West Creek® pulled white and dark meat chicken
- 1/2 cup West Creek Whole Egg Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard, dijon
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, sliced thin end to end
- 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Grapes, Red Seedless, cut in half
- 1 cup Magellan® walnut pieces
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
