Ridgecrest® Pulled Pork Eggroll


  1. Defrost egg roll wrappers and moisten the edges with water.
  2. Combine the Ridgecrest® Pulled Pork and cabbage. Divide on the wrappers. Roll and seal each egg roll and place in deep fryer set to 350 degrees.
  3. Combine the two sauces to create the dipping sauce.


  • 3 to 4 oz Ridgecrest® pulled pork
  • 2 tbsp Cabbage, shredded, wilted and seasoned
  • 2 egg roll wrapper
  • 2 oz General Tso sauce
  • 2 oz BBQ sauce
