Roasted Garlic Baby Reds Potatoes

Directions

  1. Place one gallon of hot water into a large bowl. Whisk in the roasted garlic purée and melted butter.
  2. Whisk in the Idahoan RUSTIC Baby Reds Mashed Potatoes.
  3. Mix until no visible dry product remains.
  4. Allow the mixture to refresh for 15 minutes so the lumps can fully hydrate.
  5. Whisk to fluff and hold for service.

  • 4 oz. garlic, roasted, puréed
  • 4 oz. butter, salted (melted)
