Roasted Garlic Baby Reds Potatoes
Directions
- Place one gallon of hot water into a large bowl. Whisk in the roasted garlic purée and melted butter.
- Whisk in the Idahoan RUSTIC Baby Reds Mashed Potatoes.
- Mix until no visible dry product remains.
- Allow the mixture to refresh for 15 minutes so the lumps can fully hydrate.
- Whisk to fluff and hold for service.
