Simple Fruit Cobbler
Directions
- Mix pie filling with ½ cup melted butter and 1 ¼ cup brown sugar.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray 2 each 4” deep ½ hotel pan with pan spray or melted butter. Add ½ batch of cobbler filling to each pan. Place 1 thawed pie dough sheet, Marzetti or Pillsbury, on top of filling. Cut vents with knife or fork. You can used decorative cuts like hearts or stars to be festive. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with 2 tbsp granulated sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.
- Let sit for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.

- 1 #10 can ea West Creek® Cherry Pie Filling, (or flavor of your choice)
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Euro Butter, + 1/2 cup melted
- 1 1/4 cup Dixie Crystal® Light Brown Sugar
- 12 ea Pillsbury® 10x12 Pie Crust Sheet
- 4 tbsp West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
