Directions

  1. Place pizza crust onto a pizza screen. Brush with olive oil and dust with Italian seasoning.
  2. Ladle the sauce onto the pizza, leaving a 1/2" border around the outside. Top with mozzarella cheese, HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage, Sliced Pepperoni and Italian-Style Meatballs.
  3. Cook in the impinger for 5 minutes at 550°F.
  4. Once cooked, remove from the impinger and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 tbsp. oil, olive
  • 3 shakes Italian seasoning
  • 4 oz. pizza sauce
  • 5 oz. cheese, mozzarella
  • 12 ea. Ultimo!® Pepperoni, Sliced
  • 1 cup Assolti!® HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage, Tangy w/Garlic
  • 12 ea. Assoluti!® 1oz Beef & Pork Meatballs, Italian-Style with imported Pecarina Romano Cheese, cut in half
  • drizzle oil, olive, (as needed)
  • sprinkle cheese grated, Parmesan
