Directions
- Place pizza crust onto a pizza screen. Brush with olive oil and dust with Italian seasoning.
- Ladle the sauce onto the pizza, leaving a 1/2" border around the outside. Top with mozzarella cheese, HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage, Sliced Pepperoni and Italian-Style Meatballs.
- Cook in the impinger for 5 minutes at 550°F.
- Once cooked, remove from the impinger and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

- 1 tbsp. oil, olive
- 3 shakes Italian seasoning
- 4 oz. pizza sauce
- 5 oz. cheese, mozzarella
- 12 ea. Ultimo!® Pepperoni, Sliced
- 1 cup Assolti!® HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage, Tangy w/Garlic
- 12 ea. Assoluti!® 1oz Beef & Pork Meatballs, Italian-Style with imported Pecarina Romano Cheese, cut in half
- drizzle oil, olive, (as needed)
- sprinkle cheese grated, Parmesan
