Aged Cheddar Cheese Baked Potato Soup

Directions

  1. Bake, cool and peel 6 potatoes.
  2. Dice 3 potatoes and mash 3 potatoes.
  3. Chop the bacon into 1/4” pieces; reserve ½ cup bacon for garnish.
  4. Combine potatoes, West Creek® Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce, bacon and milk into large heavy gauge sauce pot.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve in bowls and garnish with remaining bacon and chopped parsley. Makes 25 / 7 oz. Servings
