Aji Pineapple Sauce

Directions

  1. Grill pineapple slices over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until caramelized. Cool slightly.
  2. Place in food processor. Cover and pulse until chopped. Add mayonesa, aji paste and lime juice. Pulse until well blended and mostly smooth.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • 4 pineapple, ring(s)     , fresh
  • 1 cup McCormick® Mayonesa (Mayonnaise) With Lime Juice
  • 4 tbsp. Aji Amarillo paste
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
