Aji Pineapple Sauce
Directions
- Grill pineapple slices over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until caramelized. Cool slightly.
- Place in food processor. Cover and pulse until chopped. Add mayonesa, aji paste and lime juice. Pulse until well blended and mostly smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- 4 tbsp. Aji Amarillo paste
- 1 tbsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
