Directions
- In a blender, add garlic, pepper, olives, mustard, vinegar and dijon mustard, then puree.
- With blender running slowly, drizzle in olive oil.

- 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s), yolk
- 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
- 1 tsp mustard, dijon
- 3/4 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 2 tbsp olive(s), Kalamata, pitted
- 1 tbsp vinegar, white wine
