Black Olive Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. In a blender, add garlic, pepper, olives, mustard, vinegar and dijon mustard, then puree.
  2. With blender running slowly, drizzle in olive oil.

  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s), yolk
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
  • 1 tsp mustard, dijon
  • 3/4 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 2 tbsp olive(s), Kalamata, pitted
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, white wine
