Directions
- Marinate NY strip steak in 2 fl oz of Gorgonzola Vinaigrette for at least 4 hours.
- Fry wedge potatoes, drain and plate.
- Top with sliced steak, drizzle Deluxe Bleu Cheese Dressing and finish with blue cheese crumbles.

- 8 oz. Wedge potatoes, fried
- 4 oz. Black angus NY strip steak, marinated, sliced thin
- 2 fl. oz. Ken's® Gorgonzola Vinaigrette
- 2 oz. cheese, blue, crumbles
