Braveheart® Asian Burgers


  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Combine peanut butter, sour cream, 1 Tbsp. of lime juice and 2 tsp. soy sauce. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl combine ground beef, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes. Knead together and form into patties.
  4. Place patties on grill and cook until done. Remove from grill, place on buns, and top with peanut sauce and lettuce

  • 2 Tbsp. coriander, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tsp. ginger, fresh, grated

  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 3 Tbsp. Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
  • 4 Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Iceberg, Leaf
  • 6 Tbsp. peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 tsp. Roma® Red Pepper, Crushed
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
