Cherry Marmalade

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and cook on medium heat until mixture turns into a thick jam like consistency. Then let cool.

  • 2 lbs. cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup vinegar, white balsamic
  • 1 tsp. ham base
  • Kosher salt, as needed
  • Black Pepper, as needed
  • 3 Thyme sprigs
