Coconut Broth
Directions
- Heat oil in stock pot. Add ginger, lemongrass, garlic, and chiles and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add broth to bring to a simmer.
- Add the remaining ingredients and return to simmer.
Ingredients
- 1 qt. West Creek® Broth, Chicken, bone
- 1 cup Asian Pride® Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. ginger, fresh, sliced
- 1 ea. lemongrass, stalk knocked with knife and cut into 1 in. pieces
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. West Creek® Honey
- 4 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® cilantro sprigs
- 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
