Contigo® Green Habanero Compound Butter

Directions

  1. With butter at room temperature fold in all ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a piping bag with a star tip.
  3. Pipe butter onto sheet pan lined with parchment paper then refrigerate for service.

  • 3 tbsp Contigo® green habanero hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juice only
  • 3 tbsp Roma® roasted red pepper brunoise dice
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, minced
  • 2 tbsp Contigo Cotija Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, black
