Crispy Onion Bacon BBQ Cheddar Chili
Directions
- Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain fat, if needed.
- Stir in spices, onion, beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic™ Finished BBQ Sauce to chili.
- Serve in a shallow, hot, wide-rimmed bowl.
- Combine French's® Crispy Fried Onions with cheese and bacon place on chili. Heat to melt cheese and crisp onions. Serve immediately. Optional: garnish with chopped scallions.

- 2 tsp McCormick Culinary® Cumin, Ground
- 1 1/2 tsp McCormick® Garlic Salt
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), chopped
- 8 oz tomato, sauce
- 14 1/ oz tomato(es), canned diced
- 2 tbsp West Creek® Bacon
- 15 oz West Creek® Beans, Kidney, Canned, drained
