Edamame Avocado Spread


  1. Place edamame, cream cheese, 1 tsp. of salt, garlic powder, and paprika in bowl of food processor. Process until edamame is chopped and mixture is combined, about 1 minute (mixture will be rough-textured, not smooth). Remove mixture to medium bowl.
  2. Stir in diced Simplot Harvest Fresh Avocado Slices and sun-dried tomatoes. Season as needed with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready for use.


  • 1/2 tsp garlic, powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika 
  • 12 oz edamame, shelled, cooked, cooled
  • 8 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 oz Roma® Tomatoes, Sun-Dried, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • salt and pepper, as needed
