Garlic Butter Shore Style Fries


  1. Cook fries according to instructions on package. Keep warm.
  2. Place butter into a small sauté pan on low and melt butter. Add garlic to melted butter and cook for approximately two minutes, do not brown.
  3. Remove from heat add chopped parsley. Toss mixture with hot fries and serve promptly.


  • 4 tbsp black pepper, ground
  • 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
  • 4 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s)
  • 1 bag West Creek® French Fries, 5/16-inch Straight Cut
