Garlic Goat Cheese Grits

Directions

  1. Bring water, milk and butter to boil.
  2. Add grits and garlic and whisk until creamy. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add goat cheese until incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 4 oz. butter
  • 1 cup quick cook white grits
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 4 oz. cheese, goat
  • salt and pepper, to taste
