Garlic Goat Cheese Grits
Directions
- Bring water, milk and butter to boil.
- Add grits and garlic and whisk until creamy. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add goat cheese until incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

- 4 oz. butter
- 1 cup quick cook white grits
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 4 oz. cheese, goat
- salt and pepper, to taste
