Grilled Meatball Skewers
Directions
- Combine margarita mix, sugar, salt, garlic, and vegetable oil in a bowl or resalable plastic bag.
- Toss meatballs in marinade and marinate at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill for medium heat.
- Assemble skewers, alternating meatballs with mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper.
- Grill skewers for about 10 minutes.

- 1 lb Roma® Gourmet 0.5 oz. Beef & Pork Meatballs
- 1 cup margarita mix
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 garlic, clove(s), minced
- 1/4 cup oil, vegetable
- 8 skewers, metal or bamboo
- 16 mushroom(s), stems trimmed
- 1 onion, cut into 1 in chunks
- 1 large green bell pepper , cut into 1 in pieces
