Grilled Meatball Skewers

Directions

  1. Combine margarita mix, sugar, salt, garlic, and vegetable oil in a bowl or resalable plastic bag.
  2. Toss meatballs in marinade and marinate at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill for medium heat.
  4. Assemble skewers, alternating meatballs with mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper.
  5. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes.

  • 1 lb Roma® Gourmet 0.5 oz. Beef & Pork Meatballs
  • 1 cup margarita mix
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 garlic, clove(s), minced
  • 1/4 cup oil, vegetable
  • 8 skewers, metal or bamboo
  • 16 mushroom(s), stems trimmed
  • 1 onion, cut into 1 in chunks
  • 1 large green bell pepper , cut into 1 in pieces
