Grilled Portobello Sandwich
Directions
- Toast ciabatta roll and brush both sides with Ken’s Remoulade Sauce.
- Build sandwich in the following order: baby spinach, roasted red peppers, grilled portobello mushrooms, and fresh mozzarella. Cut in half and serve.

- 1/2 cup mushroom(s), portobello, cooked, sliced
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, Baby
- 1/4 pepper(s), roasted red
- 2 oz Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella, sliced
