Habanero Mango Dry Rubbed Wings


  1. Fry wings. Place seasoning in a bowl and when the wings are at proper temperature, take them out of the fryer and place in bowl with seasoning. Toss wings until coated.
  2. Place lettuce on middle of the plate and stack the wings on the lettuce. Place celery on one side and carrots on the other.
  3. Add a cup of dressing and serve.


  • 1 tsp. Habanero rub
  • 3 pieces Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot, Stick(s)
  • 3 pieces Peak Fresh Produce® Celery
  • 1 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce
  • 8 Roma® Chicken, Wings
  • 2 oz. Village Garden® Ranch Dressing
