Italian Antipasta with Marinated Meat and Vegetables

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a large container. Cover with PIANCONE Quattro Formaggio Dressing. Gently stir and blend all ingredients with the dressing.
  2. Cover, Chill, and Marinade as needed.
  3. Remove marinade items and place into a serving container. Drain before serving.

  • 10-12 oz ham, cubed 1/2 - 1"

  • 10 oz olive(s), green
  • 6-8 Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), peeled, bias cut into 1/4" thick slices
  • 10-12 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), cut into bite size pieces
  • 4-6 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Roma , ends removed, cut into quarters
  • 10 oz pepperoncini
  • Piancone® Dressing, Classic Italian, Quattro Formaggio
  • 10-12 oz Roma® Pepperoni, sliced
  • 10-12 oz turkey, cubed 1/2 - 1"
