Kiwi Tri Tip Steak
Directions
- Scoop out the insides of the kiwis into a bowl. Use your hands (or a blender) to mash up the kiwi. Add all the other ingredients in the bowl with the kiwi and mix well.
- Place the steak and marinade into a plastic bag or a dish covered with plastic wrap to marinate. Place the steak in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and use a cloth to gently dab off any pieces of kiwi. If you end up wiping off too much of the juices, and it looks a little dry, add a bit of extra oil to the outside of the steak to prevent it from sticking to the grill.
- Heat the grill over high heat, or until the temp is sitting around 400°. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove the steak from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain (for optimal tenderness!).

- 1 tbsp oil, olive
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, each
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
